This guidebook provides an overview of currently available Federal and state-based resources for mitigation programs, insurance, and tax incentives for resilient construction, and policies that promote practices that mitigate hazard impacts. Information found in this guidebook can be used by practitioners, researchers, and collaborators for education and outreach activities.
